Lay Cirstina Odreman is a quirky, wide-eyed best friend type. She is a Venezuelan-American artist who was born and raised in Miami, Florida, She is currently studying at the University of Florida at New World School of the Arts for her BFA in music theater, where she anticipates graduation in the spring of 2026. After her mother randomly enrolled her in the Miami Children’s Theatre summer camp in 2015, there was no stopping Lay from acting! Her purpose in her artistry is to connect with people from all walks of life with different stories through performance. This is to nourish their profound curiosity in the world around them and to build a stronger sense of community among them, as well as her collaborators. While offstage, she loves hanging out with friends and family, going to farmers’ markets, thrifting, and watching Studio Ghibli movies.
